On October 31, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Virax Biolabs Group Limited (the “Company”) adopted a Clawback Policy that allows recovery of certain cash incentive payments and equity-based compensation provided to the Company's current and former executive officers and such other senior executives/employees.

A copy of the Clawback Policy is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and incorporated herein by reference.
